It’s not a huge week but I’m anxious to read everything that’s on this list, something that I can’t say about the past few weeks.
The snow is falling here in northern Illinois and it took me 1.5 hours to get to work but I’m still trying to figure out a way to get to the comic shop at lunch. I need me some Miracle Machine!
- Final Crisis #6 Cover B Story Sliver Cover (lcs)– Miracle Machines? Oh, baby, this issue looks like it could be the best one yet, bringing Superman back into the story and finally wrapping up Morrison’s Batman story. Is it live or just all in Bruce Wayne’s head?
- Elephantmen #15 (lcs)– Look at that nice Tim Sale flip cover. It looks like Richard Starkings and Comicraft have this book back on track for 2009 which is good because I really missed it last year. I’m going to have to go back and dig out the last couple of issues to remind myself what this Spore War storyline was.
- Parade With Fireworks TP (dcbs)– A webcomics that was a 2 issue miniseries is finally a trade. I’ve heard a lot of good stuff about this story and am glad that I’ll finally get a chance to read it.
- Wasteland (Oni Press) #23 (lcs)– As usual, I’m a few issues behind.
- Comics Journal #295 (dcbs)– Let’s see if their Brian K. Vaughan interview can be any good.
