I feel both exhilarated and apprehensive about today’s vote. Exhilarated for the change but apprehensive because I’m not too sure if either candidate alone is up to the challenges that face the United States in the next few years. Whatever you do, make sure you get out and vote one way or another.
Alan Sepinwall, one of the best television bloggers, has a piece up on television presidents, their platforms, pros and cons. The best line in this piece though is about President David Palmer of 24:
Cons: Horrible, horrible judge of character when it comes to picking aides, cabinet members, a wife, etc.
