At first I was a bit excited to see this image pop up on the Pulse’s recent interview with Frank Quitely:
Could Batman be popping up in Grant Morrison and Frank Quitely’s All Star Superman? Would it be an answer to the way that Frank Miller is portraying everyone in All Star Batman? It probably isn’t but I’d love to see one issue of All Star Superman touch on Supe’s relationship with the larger DCU and characters. The Superman/Batman teamup is such an iconic partnership that it would seem natural to have it in the book or maybe in a Morrison penned Batman story.
There’s nothing in the interview to suggest that this is happening and most likely, it’s just me jumping to conclusions.
Still, who doesn’t like to see a Frank Quitely drawn Batman?
