I remember “discovering” Babylon 5 in Brad’s apartment one Sunday night when my wife was working late and I had nothing better to do than hang out at Brad’s. TNT was just reviving B5 with the TV movie “In The Beginning.” It all started right there and then for me. I may have been late to it but the show consumed about a year of my life.
After the disappointment of Crusade (never given a chance) and Legend of the Rangers (never should have been given a chance,) it’s hard to imagine that we’re only a couple of months away from Babylon 5: The Lost Tales DVD. There’s a trailer for it up on Warner’s B5 page and they even have a myspace page up for it (I’m off to add them to my friends list.)
Seeing Sheridan and the station again, against a background of Christopher Franke music is bringing out the geek in me.
